My original diploma is economics, then in the 90-ies I studied organization and leadership development in NTL. Later on I learned the same in Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. In the years of 2000 I haves tudied Gestalt therapy.
I work with Hungarian and international partners and clients. I use Gestalt orientation, Appreciative Inquiry, multiple realities and cross-cultural approaches for the benefit of her clients: individuals, teams, organizations and broader communities. I also do executive coaching and train consultants for coaching, change management and facilitation.
I also do and teach Gestalt therapy. I publish articles about coaching, organization development, personality types.

I have Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree, research background in motivational systems, constructive competition and supporting conditions of knowledge sharing.
Currently I am working on my PhD, my research focusing on the effectiveness of behaviour change interventions, nudge interventions, and predictors of training transfer especially in corporate soft skill development programs.
I gained experiences in knowledge management and L&D in the oil industry, then I led a business and methodology development team in the IT sector, focused on a blended learning software development.
As a consultant at Flow, building on my previous experiences in blended learning process development and in certification in HPLJ© methodology, my main focus is to maximize training effectiveness, utilizing the latest technology and methodology in L&D.

I joined Flow in January 2017 as a junior consultant and trainer.
I studied international public administration that I completed with a master’s degree in economics. During my undergraduate years I worked at AIESEC in an international student organisation, and I was responsible for the organisation development activities in Hungary. Since this experience I turned towards and started working in organisational development, coaching and training.
I worked as a project manager at a consulting company that helps me think in a structured way and also taught me to be part of and manage complex programs.
Primarily I work on leadership skills development programs, and I am also taking part in a project supporting a large organisational culture change.
I am a work and organization development psychologist and I have an economist degree as well. During my studies, I finished the Hungarian Psychiatric Association's Train the Trainer Programme and I have been working with groups since then. For a short time, I worked as an HR specialist for GE, then continued my carrier as a trainer and consultant. I participated in creating and developing a conception of a knowledge management system.
In February 2013 I joined to Flow Hungary as a Y generation consultant and trainer. My specialties are personal effectiveness development, leader skill development, cooperation development, presentation techniques, personal development (coaching). I am an accredited Human Synergistics ® (HS) consultant, and I am certified in Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP), MBTI and in Authority Responsibility Power profile (ARP).

I have been an active contributor to Flow Group efforts since 2007. When I joined the team my duties were related to organizing the modules of the Organization Development and Change Management Consultants (SZEVA) course and the Flow Management Academy (FMA). I also added providing training assistance to other courses as the years passed. In 2008, I was certified as a Manager of Adult Training Accreditation Systems and have since been responsible for jobs related to the Accreditation of Institutions, accounting for vocational training contribution and the administration of adult trainings. I also play an active role in preparing Flow Group tenders.
I have been working for organization development companies since 1993. I worked at PPL Consulting for 5 years after 1993.
I joined Manmore Consulting as an office manager in 1998 and have since also been involved in the preparation and organization of programs as a training assistant.
I have been a member of the Flow Group since 2002 and have assisted launching its Budapest office.
Since 2010, I have acted as a project assistant as a member of the Flow BackOffice.

With 20 years’ experience as a global leadership development I usually work with executive leaders, board members, leadership teams and organizations on strategic projects and initiatives involving executive leadership and organizational development, culture and digital change processes, trainer and facilitator development and learning journey planning. I have extensive experience in working in a global, virtual and multi-cultural environment. I have been a certified MBTI and DISC and Social Styles instructor, a certified FIRO-B practitioner and a licensed InsideOut coach., I regularly lecture on topics around leadership development, executive education, culture transformation, digital learning, organizational development and culture, adult learning, human resources.
I have started my career working for international non-profit organizations in Europe and Middle-East before entering the corporate world as an HR consultant. I am a graduate of General Electric’s the Experienced Human Resource Leadership Program, and over the course of my career I have held several mid-level and senior leadership roles in Organizational Communication, Learning & Development, Program Management, Culture and Leadership, Commercial Learning, Senior Instructional Design for different regions and later globally, based in Hungary, Belgium, and Turkey. I have also hold the role of Leadership Faculty and Master-trainer for General Electric and in this role I have delivered hundreds of strategic leadership and professional skills classes across the region as well as certified a new generation of internal and external trainers. I am certified virtual instructor-led course facilitator, who has designed, produced and delivered virtual content regularly.
I have first-hand team management experience, as well as working in local, global, virtual and remote teams. In the latter part of my career I have focused on designing senior leadership experiences, lead and designed global leadership content and learning journeys, virtual content, as well as oversaw curriculum management of leadership development experiences globally. I have earned my MBA at Oxford Brooks University (UK). In addition to my native Hungarian, I also am also fluent in English and Turkish and intermediate in German and French. I currently co-locate in Turkey and Hungary with my family.
I joined Flow Consulting Kft. in February 2018 as an online marketing coordinator.
I started my career at RTL Club as editor, then I worked on the post-production of cinemas and commercials as project manager from 2015 till 2017. I have been working on exciting projects such as Kincsem, Aranyélet series, The Viskis, Budapest Noir.
But why I came to Flow?
The knowledge what the people have here is really attractive. My passion is the self-improvement and making videos and online contents.
I am an Y generation trainer and consultant of Flow Hungary. I have been working in the training and development area since 2013. I am qualified as a psychologist and I am a certified Human Synergistics, GPOP, Greenline and Idea factory trainer. I believe in the power of relationships and personalized development and it is important for me to create value.
I have always wanted to work in the training and development sector since encouraging people’s development has long been my passion. I have worked in several foreign countries and due to these experiences, international competence and multicultural communication are among my strengths.
Volunteering is my passion because contributing to my environment’s wellbeing and development is important for me.
