Csordás Izabella
coach, team coach, mental health and organizational development specialist, EMK instructor
I have gradually expanded my original degree in economics.
I have been working in the institutional, non-profit, and for-profit sectors as a trainer, consultant, and coach for 20 years. Currently, as co-executive director of the Flow Foundation, I draw on my cross-sector experience.
In my work with clients, I explore the characteristics of individuals and organizations—it is important for me to understand the situation, the players, and their goals. I believe that this is how I can support my clients in making real progress toward their goals.
The main value of our joint work is the lasting change that comes from partnership.
In my experience, this requires genuine human connections beyond agreement on tasks. In my work, I often rely on the tools of nonviolent communication (NVC), a method I have known, studied, practiced, and taught for 20 years. I know from my own experience what kind of waves are created when two institutions with several hundred employees merge. As a developer, I have supported several organizations in making such periods of change more bearable for employees and in creating solutions that increase efficiency.
What is coaching for me?
For me, the coaching relationship is about equality, respect, and depth. In my individual coaching sessions, I find that my clients are willing to dive deep and achieve real change. I support teams in developing healthier and more effective ways of working by balancing relationship focus and performance focus.
I love working with people and have been holding workshops and internal training sessions for twenty years.
Supporting self-identity and internally driven functioning is close to my heart.
