Kispesta Zsuzsa

I've been interested in people since I was in high school and it's always defined my life - so my career choice is no accident. I graduated as a psychologist from ELTE BTK University and as a clinical psychologist from Semmelweis University.

I am MBTI, ARP, GPOP©, DISC, Captain, Network Research (Maven7), Human Synergistic® (HS) certified consultant. I have been working as a consultant and trainer in business since 1990. In recent years, my main focus as a consultant has been in the HR field. My main activities are: development and implementation of competency systems and performance evaluation systems, selection of employees, conducting aptitude tests and behavioural/competence interviews, development and conducting AC/DC. Another area close to my heart is coaching.

I believe that my job as a consultant and coach is to ask questions and to understand what the real problem is. Through listening, trust and empathy, I try to help people think together. Supporting non-profit organizations is important to me; I have been managing the HR area of the Heroes' Square Foundation for 7 years.
