In 2025, I joined the Flow team, where I have the opportunity not only to further build on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the past years in operations and process improvement, but also to actively apply them in practice.

In my work, I consider a people-centered approach especially important: I strive to find solutions that both support the organization’s strategic goals and make everyday work easier. The lean mindset and toolkit add valuable perspective to this approach — helping to understand operations at a systemic level, identify improvement opportunities, and implement real, sustainable changes. It also contributes to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.

Most of my experience comes from working in a corporate environment: during my ten years at MOL Plc., I introduced numerous efficiency-enhancing initiatives across different areas and delivered related trainings, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of how the various segments of the company operate.

Andor Bernadett

I joined the Flow team in October 2024 as a finance associate. Previously I worked in a similar field for nine years, where I gained extensive experience in finance, accounting and administration.

I am committed to working accurately and reliably, which contributes to the success of my workplace.

Fábián László

I received my MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. Since then, I have had the opportunity to prove my skills in several sectors: building a marketing & PR team (and a whole new corporate identity) for the leading Hungarian IT systems integrator, working for the CEE regional representation of an international technology company, and most recently as the Hungarian and regional marketing manager of a licensing consultancy firm. As Marketing Manager at Flow, I am responsible for the integrated marketing of the group’s businesses.

Tóth-Salzmann Tímea

I joined Flow in January 2017 as a junior consultant and trainer.

I studied international public administration that I completed with a master’s degree in economics. During my undergraduate years I worked at AIESEC in an international student organisation, and I was responsible for the organisation development activities in Hungary. Since this experience I turned towards and started working in organisational development, coaching and training.

I worked as a project manager at a consulting company that helps me think in a structured way and also taught me to be part of and manage complex programs.

Primarily I work on leadership skills development programs, and I am also taking part in a project supporting a large organisational culture change.

Kováts Iringó

Inside the Flow Group, I am an OD consultant and coach in the Creanova team. I have been active as a trainer and consultant for six years, previously I worked in the field of selection. My priority areas are management training, coaching and communication profiles, conflict management, communication programs and problem solving workshops. I run training sessions in Hungarian and in English.

I am a qualified psychologist, a certified Action Learning facilitator, a SIZE Prozess® consultant and trainer of trainers, an OD and change management consultant and a certified Human Synergistics® consultant.

Ladányi Petra

I’ve been the office manager of Flow since January 2018.

As a supporter of a great team, my job is to provide a secure background for my colleagues, handling my various tasks with a solution-focused approach.

Lapu Klára

I am an economist – specializing in international communication – and a teacher. I am active in developing communication and cooperation skills, management competences, stress management, developing organization culture and change management. I spend most of my time training managers, sales persons, customer service staff and units of organizations and teams.

I qualified as a change management consultant in a Change Management program accredited by PWC London. I am also a Human Synergistics® (HS) organization culture consultant and a user and consultant of GPOP and ARP Management Questionnaires.

As a coach, I apply an integrative approach and rely on the results of Change Management, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Energy Psychology. I studied coaching from Austrian, Dutch, German and English trainers and am an EAS (European Association for Coaching and Supervision) certified coach.

As regards stress management and the improvement of performance, I use Wingwave coaching, a revolutionary and fast technique. I run programs and provide coaching in Hungarian and English.

Miskó Diana

I have been working as Flow’s Organizational Development Consultant since 2008 and since 2016 I mostly work on leadership development processes, strategic HR and complex organizational development and also on change management projects as a Partner.

With 9 years of experience in organizations with a very different profile and culture (KPMG, Ericsson, Malév, Dreher Breweries), I can support my clients by answering to the organizational development challenges they face and by preparing them for organizational change.

As one of the founders and teachers of HR Business Partner training with Corvinus University of Budapest I work together with them to teach change management, strategic HR, action learning (group coaching) and psychodrama subjects.

I am a psychologist and psychodrama-leader, an organizational development and change management consultant, and besides I am a Gestalt- , solution-oriented individual and group coach. Mócher Veronika

I have worked as a manager, internal trainer and coach for multinational companies for almost ten years. I joined the Flow in 2004. I graduated from Janus Pannonius University as an HR professional and I also hold a degree in quality engineering granted by the University of Veszprém.

As a trainer, I mostly work with customized management training, team building and skills development programs and with designing and running Assessment / Development Centers. I am a certified Human Synergistics® (HS), DISC and GPOP© consultant.

Papp Péter

Economist by education, Organization Development consultant by profession, one of the founding partners of Flow. I had my share of middle and top-level management exercise in multinational environment at the early years of my professional career. During the 35 years gained experience in the airline and courier industries, built a few successful consulting organizations, steered a school and a technology start-up. Experienced in leadership on the practical and the development sides as well. Recently I’ve enjoyed working in agile leadership and Organizational Network Analysis.

I usually work with top executive level managers individually and in teams. I help them increase the number of their exercisable choices. I am experienced in driving processes that design business strategies that are in line with the corporate culture and the commercial brand. I drive processes which align organizations with the corporate visions, and create success by utilizing the potential in committed, informed, empowered, and responsible employees. Paskuj Iván

As a founder and manager of Beehive Consulting, a winner of the Mezei Julcsi award, I have been in OD and management development since 1992. In addition to holding an MBA degree, I am also an OD consultant and a qualified Human Synergistics® (HS) consultant.

Whenever I can, I channel into my work my personal management experience, which I collected while leading several consulting companies. I am truly thrilled by complex processes. As a developer of organizations, I prefer to be involved in thinking about major processes and am convinced that a proper systemic approach can support the development of organizations effectively.

I am an Y generation trainer and consultant of Flow Hungary. I have been working in the training and development area since 2013. I am qualified as a psychologist and I am a certified Human Synergistics, GPOP, Greenline and Idea factory trainer. I believe in the power of relationships and personalized development and it is important for me to create value.

I have always wanted to work in the training and development sector since encouraging people’s development has long been my passion. I have worked in several foreign countries and due to these experiences, international competence and multicultural communication are among my strengths.

Remsei Rita

I have been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and multinational corporations as an organisational development consultant, trainer and coach for almost 13 years. I have gained experience in various areas of leadership development supporting middle and senior managers of several organisations: as a certified consultant in organisational culture assessment Human Synergistics ® (HS), I work with several psychometric methods (GPOP/MBTI, Captain, PAPI-3), I conduct leadership and team coaching processes and I accompany the development process of individuals and teams with experiential training programmes (e.g. cooperation development, effective communication, emotional intelligence). As an Accredited Action Learning Team Coach, I help teams maximize individual and organizational learning.

With degrees in psychology and economics, I support my clients by blending multiple approaches and perspectives. I have been working with mindfulness since 2017, and as an accredited mindfulness trainer, I actively help people to live everyday life more consciously and learn how to meditate.

Rubovszky György Zsolt

For fifteen years I have been working in the development and accompaniment of individuals and communities. On the facilitation side, I mainly use my degrees in psychology (2005 Rome, 2014 PPKE BTK) and management (2014 BME GTK), but my studies in philosophy (2002 PPKE) and humanities (2005 ELTE) also influence my need for understanding. I was trained in economics (BME), but I have devoted most of my energies to various forms of personal and group development (psychodrama since 1997, individual and group forms of analytical and cognitive therapies, TFP Munich).

My leadership experience is also varied. I was a middle and senior manager for a long period of time (2002-2005 Piarist Secondary School in Budapest, 2007-2014 Piarist Vocational School, Secondary School and College in Göd). During my time as a senior manager I became committed to value-oriented community leadership, in which I saw and experienced the integrating power of individuals and communities, the exercise of power and assertive cooperation, the safe working atmosphere and the effectiveness created by clear relationships. But I also see the importance of the year when I tried my hand in a sector that was completely unknown to me at the time (2010-2011 Teapalota to Potala), in order to further my development. This year of study – ‘shabbaht’ – was instrumental in finding my voice as a leader and, at the same time, in daring to leave the status I had already acquired and to base my career on some kind of natural authority.

I am active in several areas of personal accompaniment: in the for-profit sector as a coach, trainer and counsellor, but also as a therapist in the OORI Fairy Mountain Psychosomatic and Psychotherapeutic Rehabilitation Unit. In the latter field, I would like to mention my almost two decades of psychodramatic studies (continuously since 1997, MPE), which have been of great help to me in my work as a trainer and coach. I also have many years of experience in the cognitive and analytic fields, covering both individual and community forms of therapeutic support. My most recent method-specific training is in Transference F. Kernberg’s Transference Focused Psychotherapy, which I am training in at the TFP Institut München.

In my experience, the psychodramatic method is of great help in dealing with the concrete everyday challenges of practicing leaders in a professionally grounded yet practice- and experience-oriented way. This is both a basis for long-term development and a way of gaining experience that can be translated into immediate skills. As a coach I work specifically with the method of dramatic coaching.

I believe in learning, development and that life is a process. For this reason, I believe it is important that the direction of constant change should be development in all areas of both individual and community life. I work as a member of Creado in the Flow Group.

Salamon János

I have Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree, research background in motivational systems, constructive competition and supporting conditions of knowledge sharing.

Currently I am working on my PhD, my research focusing on the effectiveness of behaviour change interventions, nudge interventions, and predictors of training transfer especially in corporate soft skill development programs.

I gained experiences in knowledge management and L&D in the oil industry, then I led a business and methodology development team in the IT sector, focused on a blended learning software development.

As a consultant at Flow, building on my previous experiences in blended learning process development and in certification in HPLJ© methodology, my main focus is to maximize training effectiveness, utilizing the latest technology and methodology in L&D.

Sas Éva Anna

I have been working for organization development companies since 1993. I worked at PPL Consulting for 5 years after 1993.

I joined Manmore Consulting as an office manager in 1998 and have since also been involved in the preparation and organization of programs as a training assistant. I have been a member of the Flow Group since 2002 and have assisted launching its Budapest office. Since 2010, I have acted as a project assistant as a member of the Flow BackOffice.

Sóváry Dóra

As a consultant and coach, I have been working for 11 years to develop organisations, groups and individuals. I started my career as a psychologist and economist, and I’ve been accredited by the Hungarian Psychological Society as a trainer for skills and personality development. Previously I worked in HR at a large company, where I was involved in training development and organisation. What really motivates me in my work is the impact I can have on those around me by supporting them on their path to achieving their goals.
