Takács Sándor

I am an organizational development consultant, psychodrama leader, and university lecturer. In recent years, I have been most actively involved with the Flow community as a member of the board of trustees of the Flow Foundation. As a university lecturer, I head the Organizational Behavior Department at the Corvinus University of Budapest's Institute of Management, and I am also responsible for the professional management of the HR Business Partner specialized training program (which actively builds on Flow consultants) and the Corporate Internal and Executive Coach programs.

Over the past few years, I have gained a lot of practical experience in individual and group development projects accompanying organizational change processes at domestic and multinational companies and non-profit organizations from various industry backgrounds. I have drawn most of my development as a consultant and trainer from psychodrama, and I also develop my professional self-awareness using dramatic methods in my university courses. In addition, I use outdoor training elements, transactional analysis, and methods based on a systemic psychodynamic approach in my professional work. I am a member of the Hungarian Association of Organizational Developers, the Hungarian Psychodrama Association, and the International Society for Psychoanalytic Studies of Organizations.
