I have been an active contributor to Flow Group efforts since 2007. When I joined the team my duties were related to organizing the modules of the Organization Development and Change Management Consultants (SZEVA) course and the Flow Management Academy (FMA). I also added providing training assistance to other courses as the years passed. In 2008, I was certified as a Manager of Adult Training Accreditation Systems and have since been responsible for jobs related to the Accreditation of Institutions, accounting for vocational training contribution and the administration of adult trainings. I also play an active role in preparing Flow Group tenders.
I am a change management consultant. I work facilitating change and maintaining motivation and inspiration with national and international company management groups, focusing on change processes and leadership development. I support leaders in inspiring their people and making an impact with defining their vision, setting a role model, supporting and developing others and increasing engagement.
I am specialized in group coaching, management group development, strategy action planning, management skills assessment and development programs as well as large group facilitation (open space, linkup workshops, idea factory). I am a certified Change Management Consultant, action learning facilitator and group coach.

Leadership and organisational development have been my passion for over 15 years. I have developed and facilitated programmes for groups of 5-350 in Europe, Asia and Africa. I graduated with an MSc in International Relations from Corvinus University. I am an Y generation trainer and consultant of Flow Hungary. I have been working in the training and development area since 2013. I am qualified as a psychologist and I am a certified Human Synergistics, GPOP, Greenline and Idea factory trainer. I believe in the power of relationships and personalized development and it is important for me to create value.
I have always wanted to work in the training and development sector since encouraging people’s development has long been my passion. I have worked in several foreign countries and due to these experiences, international competence and multicultural communication are among my strengths.

I am a work and organization development psychologist and I have an economist degree as well. I am managing director and organizational development consultant of Flow Hungary.
I spend most of my time managing and leading the company and focusing on strategic business development. My everyday dedication is that we provide our clients with state of the art services in the fields of OD and training. I passionately look for innovation within Flow and on the Hungarian and international marketplace. Developing our own organization is also a key priority for me, as this is the only way we will remain credible and successful in the long run as well.
I primarily run client projects aiming to develop corporate culture. This also involves participating in designing and running of top-management workshops, change management and cooperation development programs. I am managing director of Human Synergistics Hungary, that serves its clients with complex, research-based organizational culture assessment and development methodology.

I have been working for organization development companies since 1993. I worked at PPL Consulting for 5 years after 1993.
I joined Manmore Consulting as an office manager in 1998 and have since also been involved in the preparation and organization of programs as a training assistant.

I have economist degree. Since I have finished University I work as a consultant. I started as an associate of PPL Consulting. Later I managed the Hungarian office of TMI for 7 years. I was asked by the owners of TMI to take part in the management of the international network. I worked 4 years in that position.
I returned to Hungary in 2008 and took over the management of Hewitt’s Budapest office. I led the local business for 5 years. Since that I work as a consultant, I keep on leading development processes, I support organisational development projects and I coach top managers.
