Takács Sándor
As an organisational development consultant, psychodrama leader and university lecturer, I am most actively connected to the Flow Community through the Board of Trustees of Flow Foundation.
As an academic, I am leading the Department of Organizational Behaviour at the Institute of Management at Corvinus University of Budapest. I am the professional leader of the HR Business Partner programme, activily building on Flow consultants’ contributions. I am also responsible for the Corporate Internal and Executive Coach program.
Over the past years I have gained significant practical experience in individual and group development projects accompanying organisational change processes in various industry backgrounds in business and nonprofit organisations. In my development as a consultant and trainer, I have drawn most of my inspiration from psychodrama, and I also lead professional self-awareness groups using primarily dramatic methods. I also often use outdoor training elements, transactional analysis and methods based on a systems psycho-dynamic approach in my professional work. I am a member of the Hungarian Society of Organisational Development, the Hungarian Psychodrama Association and the ISPSO (International Society for Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations).
