I am a holistic, systemic and process-oriented person – my profession is my vocation. “Trust the process” is my motto. I like challenges, dynamism and new things. I am also an experienced entrepreneur and leader. During my nearly 35-year career I have led many successful complex change and organisational development projects and have been a partner and personal supporter of senior leaders leading change – also as a coach. I have been coaching since the mid 90’s, also in English and German, averaging 8-10 full individual processes per year for the last years, 150-180 hours.
My coaching philosophy
Coaching is a deep encounter based on trust and the full and holistic application of personal values and experience. It is characterised by total and unconditional commitment and responsibility towards the client, in the spirit of an adult partnership, which creates an open, honest and trusting atmosphere and fosters the client’s commitment to change. The coach supports the client’s development process primarily through reflective presence, questions, hypotheses and insights, and personal feedback. However, it may also engage in direct confrontation and model giving at certain stages of the process. As a coach, I mobilize beliefs, energies and creative solutions on the one hand, and build awareness and systematic self-development practices through authentic representation of my personality and techniques on the other. Primarily, we revitalize and strengthen the partner’s existing self-empowering capacities together.

I’ve always wondered how people behave as people, at work, in their families and in other roles. How they become what they are and what they struggle with. I trained as a psychologist to understand and help them. In the process, I learned that you can’t change someone if you don’t want to. It’s important to listen to their needs, their aspirations and their support, and to accompany them to find a path to solutions. This is what I do in all my roles. I ask, listen, accept and give feedback because to truly understand ourselves we need to see ourselves through another person’s eyes. I am here to be trusted.
I’ve worked as an HR manager for a nonprofit organization, coached several individuals in the private sector, and have 6 years of experience training nonprofits and for-profits.
Main topics I work on:
- Stress management, emotion control
- Communication
- Becoming a leader, navigating the leadership career
- Collaboration, conflict management
- Career coaching
- Lifestyle challenges – time management, personal effectivenessg

I graduated as an electrical engineer and management engineer; I started my career as an IT consultant and project manager, and continued as a lean process manager. In 2016, I specialised in efficiency, which I am happy to work on all its segments (personal, team and corporate efficiency), but my real passion is time management. My mission is to make working efficiently and mindfully, and the more balanced personal life that comes from it, accessible to as many people as possible.
I also undertake a coaching process primarily for blockages and challenges closely or loosely related to the topic of efficiency. I support my clients in setting and achieving their longer/shorter term goals, in improving their personal effectiveness (time, energy, task, process, attention management) and in achieving work-life balance. I focus on the initial steps of mothers returning to work, entrepreneurs, freelancers, job changers in the context of new circumstances.
I do not believe in miracle efficiency methods. Instead, I believe in balance, smart choices, persistent work and constant improvement. And most of all, I believe in the strength, knowledge and experience that we have as human beings – and in building on these to find the solutions that lie within us.

Professional background:
I studied psychology at the University of Economics and Business, but since 2008 I have continuously expanded this knowledge with ICF accredited coach training courses: the Business Coach Academy, Gestalt Coaching Center, Action Learning Team Coach and a transaction analysis qualification at Gordon TA.
In addition, I have 27 years of HR professional experience, including 23 years as a senior HR manager in large companies, during which time I have often had to mentor and coach middle and senior managers, in addition to leading my own team.
I have not only gained a deep understanding of leadership issues, but also a lot of experience in time management, work-life balance and stress management.
Since 2010 I have been working as a practising senior executive and pro-bono coach.

Coaching credo:
I believe that in most situations there is not just one right way or one right solution, and that everyone can find the best path for them with a stronger self-reflection and energizing support. As a coach, I strive for acceptance and openness. My aim is to strengthen the coachee’s more conscious decision-making mechanism and to explore a wider freedom of choice.
I have been working as a trainer and coach at Flow Hungary since May 2019.
As a psychologist, I have a strong commitment to continuous development, both in terms of self-awareness and professional knowledge.
What I really like in a coaching process is the so-called Aha-experience. When my client’s eyes light up, they get excited, inspired by an insight that was not available to them before. As a coach, I simply support the conversation with questions and summaries, so that the experience of success is achievable and lived. This releases a lot of energy, opens up new avenues.
As a result of my personality and my studies in family therapy, I like to think in a systemic way and to encourage those I support in the coaching process to do the same. In my experience, it is often this approach that can break a deadlock.
My hobby is to be creative, to create. I also see coaching as a creation. I enjoy being able to work with a diverse and creative toolbox, depending on how I can support my client on their journey.
I’ve been interested in people since I was in high school and it’s always defined my life. So my choice of career is no accident. I graduated as a psychologist from the Faculty of Psychology at the ELTE University of Applied Sciences, and as a clinical psychologist from Semmelweis University.

I have been working as a consultant and trainer in business since 1990. In the last years as a consultant I have been mainly working in the HR field. My main activities are: development and implementation of competency systems and performance appraisal systems, selection of employees, conducting aptitude tests and behavioural/competence interviews, development and conducting AC/DC. Another area close to my heart, besides consulting, is coaching and psychology, and I have been in private psychological practice for several years.
I believe that my job as a counsellor and coach is to ask questions and to understand what the real problem is. Through listening, listening, trust and empathy I try to help people think together.
Supporting non-profit organizations is important to me; I have been leading the HR area of the Heroes’ Square Foundation for 9 years and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Flow Foundation for 1 year.
