How can well-being be measured?

It is now widely acknowledged that well-being is not just about physical well-being. The World Health Organization defines well-being at work as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being”.

With this in mind, the consultants at Flow, who are strongly committed to well-being, have created FlowWell, which offers programmes to support general and workplace well-being.

Diagnostic tools

We offer 3 main diagnostic tools to measure well-being: PERMA(H), PIK and FirstBeat. Each of these assessments provides a basis for targeted well-being actions at individual and team level. They are suitable for all development programmes: group training, individual and team coaching, talent programmes and sales team support. They can help prevent burnout and improve performance.

PICI (The Psychological Immune Competence Inventory) measures 16 factors of resilience, including psychological resilience.
Firstbeat body sensor lifestyle survey
The Firstbeat body sensor shows the amount and impact of daily stress reactions, analyses sleep quality and reveals the individual's regenerative capacity.
PERMA(H) well-being survey
The PERMA(H) model is able to look at both individual and workplace well-being from a comprehensive perspective. It measures five key factors of psychological well-being and happiness.
