THE FLOW TEAM
Our values
Please fill out the form below and a member of our team will contact you.
When you work with outstanding people, you create exceptional work, and you achieve significant results. This is our A-Team.
As a junior consultant, I facilitate skill-development and teambuilding trainings, workshops, but I have also been involved in small to large scale organisational development projects.
I also support our consultants with a wide range of sub-tasks, including process improvement and sales.
I graduated from Corvinus in Economics with a specialisation in HR and I am “secretly” studying Psychology, from which I am getting my second degree.
I am working to gain more experience, new competences and perspectives. This will be the basis for my more effective consultancy work, supporting organisations to become more people-centred and effective.
My basic premise is that such changes in companies and organisations have and will have a positive impact on the members of the organisation and, through them, on society as a whole.
I have been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and multinational corporations as an organisational development consultant, trainer and coach for almost 13 years. I have gained experience in various areas of leadership development supporting middle and senior managers of several organisations: as a certified consultant in organisational culture assessment Human Synergistics ® (HS), I work with several psychometric methods (GPOP/MBTI, Captain, PAPI-3), I conduct leadership and team coaching processes and I accompany the development process of individuals and teams with experiential training programmes (e.g. cooperation development, effective communication, emotional intelligence). As an Accredited Action Learning Team Coach, I help teams maximize individual and organizational learning.
With degrees in psychology and economics, I support my clients by blending multiple approaches and perspectives. I have been working with mindfulness since 2017, and as an accredited mindfulness trainer, I actively help people to live everyday life more consciously and learn how to meditate.
As a consultant and coach, I have been working for 11 years to develop organisations, groups and individuals. I started my career as a psychologist and economist, and I’ve been accredited by the Hungarian Psychological Society as a trainer for skills and personality development. Previously I worked in HR at a large company, where I was involved in training development and organisation. What really motivates me in my work is the impact I can have on those around me by supporting them on their path to achieving their goals. Among the topics that find me as a consultant, leadership and talent development (self-knowledge, skills development, etc.) stand out, but I am also very attracted by organisation-wide development processes. As an accredited consultant, I work with Human Synergistics ® (HS), GPOP, ARP as well as network research tools.

For fifteen years I have been working in the development and accompaniment of individuals and communities. On the facilitation side, I mainly use my degrees in psychology (2005 Rome, 2014 PPKE BTK) and management (2014 BME GTK), but my studies in philosophy (2002 PPKE) and humanities (2005 ELTE) also influence my need for understanding. I was trained in economics (BME), but I have devoted most of my energies to various forms of personal and group development (psychodrama since 1997, individual and group forms of analytical and cognitive therapies, TFP Munich).
My leadership experience is also varied. I was a middle and senior manager for a long period of time (2002-2005 Piarist Secondary School in Budapest, 2007-2014 Piarist Vocational School, Secondary School and College in Göd). During my time as a senior manager I became committed to value-oriented community leadership, in which I saw and experienced the integrating power of individuals and communities, the exercise of power and assertive cooperation, the safe working atmosphere and the effectiveness created by clear relationships. But I also see the importance of the year when I tried my hand in a sector that was completely unknown to me at the time (2010-2011 Teapalota to Potala), in order to further my development. This year of study – ‘shabbaht’ – was instrumental in finding my voice as a leader and, at the same time, in daring to leave the status I had already acquired and to base my career on some kind of natural authority.
I am active in several areas of personal accompaniment: in the for-profit sector as a coach, trainer and counsellor, but also as a therapist in the OORI Fairy Mountain Psychosomatic and Psychotherapeutic Rehabilitation Unit. In the latter field, I would like to mention my almost two decades of psychodramatic studies (continuously since 1997, MPE), which have been of great help to me in my work as a trainer and coach. I also have many years of experience in the cognitive and analytic fields, covering both individual and community forms of therapeutic support. My most recent method-specific training is in Transference F. Kernberg’s Transference Focused Psychotherapy, which I am training in at the TFP Institut München.
In my experience, the psychodramatic method is of great help in dealing with the concrete everyday challenges of practicing leaders in a professionally grounded yet practice- and experience-oriented way. This is both a basis for long-term development and a way of gaining experience that can be translated into immediate skills. As a coach I work specifically with the method of dramatic coaching.
I believe in learning, development and that life is a process. For this reason, I believe it is important that the direction of constant change should be development in all areas of both individual and community life. I work as a member of Creado in the Flow Group.
I joined Flow in January 2017 as a junior consultant and trainer.

My professional background includes experience in multinational environment, non-profit sector, hospitality, health and cultural institutions. I have also completed the OD – Organisational Development Consultant training at the Budapest Metropolitan University.
My main areas of expertise are motivation, burnout, team and group collaboration, communication, conflict management, coping, stress management, mental health in the workplace. In addition to my work as an organisational developer, I am also active in life coaching.
I first met Flow and its consulting work at an event in 2018. After the program, I started to pay more attention to opportunities and events, but at that time, it was purely out of interest.
When I was asked as a child what I would do when I grew up, my answer was, “I don’t know what, but with people!” I have held onto this ever since.
In my work, it is most important to me that the participants receive stimulating and motivating impulses that help them to be able to continue learning and developing in the future. As a junior consultant and master’s student, I feel my greatest task is to ensure this result is not left to chance but to know how to catalyze it.
Currently, what motivates me is the background of consulting work and getting to know it as thoroughly as possible. Alongside my existing experiences and my undying desire to learn, this investment will help me a lot later on.
I am a productivity development consultant, trainer, business and engineering coach.
I graduated as an electrical engineer and management engineer; I started my career as an IT consultant, project manager and lean process manager. In 2016, I specialised in productivity, I work on all its segments (personal, team and corporate productivity), but my real passion is time management.
My experience supports my work in many ways. As an engineer, I strive for continuous improvement and the development of methods that really work and are sustainable, with a lean approach as one of the key motives in my work; my project management background helps me to understand and optimise workflows; as a mother of two, I understand the difficulties of constantly juggling roles; as a consultant, I put my wide range of tools at my clients’ disposal, and as a coach, I ask the questions that really make a difference.
I work through trainings, development processes and individual and group coaching processes to help clients find the keys to personal and organisational productivity, optimal workload and work-life balance.
I received my MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. Since then, I have had the opportunity to prove my skills in several sectors: building a marketing & PR team (and a whole new corporate identity) for the leading Hungarian IT systems integrator, working for the CEE regional representation of an international technology company, and most recently as the Hungarian and regional marketing manager of a licensing consultancy firm. As Marketing Manager at Flow, I am responsible for the integrated marketing of the group’s businesses.
I have been an active contributor to Flow Group efforts since 2007. When I joined the team my duties were related to organizing the modules of the Organization Development and Change Management Consultants (SZEVA) course and the Flow Management Academy (FMA). I also added providing training assistance to other courses as the years passed. In 2008, I was certified as a Manager of Adult Training Accreditation Systems and have since been responsible for jobs related to the Accreditation of Institutions, accounting for vocational training contribution and the administration of adult trainings. I also play an active role in preparing Flow Group tenders.
Economist, mental health and organisational development professional, business coach
I work with individuals and groups, mainly on self-awareness based processes, in the soft area of organisational development. Based on my previous experience as a middle and company manager and my continuous studies, I entered the support side in 2011. I have worked in multinational environments and with domestic SMEs, coordinating joint work and project development of companies from different cultures, which are not without conflict. I have experienced that the quality of professional relationships and cooperation, the creation of open and clear situations is a huge job and is often more important than professional excellence.
As a trainer, I am involved in leadership development programmes, change management processes and collaboration development. My competencies: strengthening leadership skills, effective use of psychodramatic elements, supporting real learning and development by working through specific professional stucknesses and cases, transferring what I have learned in training into everyday work.
“Watching is one thing. Seeing what we are looking at is another thing. Understanding what we see is a third. Learning from what we understand is a fourth thing. But acting on what we have learned is what really matters!” – M. Dale Baughman
Outside of work… contemplating, observing, experiencing, and transmitting. Mother of three, recreational athlete – volleyball, swimming, running, surfing.
I work as a junior consultant at Flow in the area of operations and process improvement.
I started my studies at the BME, Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management, specialisation in Management and completed my Master of Science in Management and Organisation at Corvinus, specialisation in Organisation and Process Management. Throughout my university years, I volunteered, which I still do to this day, in Szentjánosbogár community.
In my previous work, I have been involved in operational diagnosis, business process re-engineering (BPR processes), process and job role clarification, and have been involved in competency assessments.
My aim is to further deepen my knowledge in this area and work on projects where I can not only help companies to operate efficiently, but also support the development of people-centred processes.
I graduated as an Economist and then worked for multinational SSC companies in customer service, finance and procurement areas for 13 years, out of which for 8 years as a people leader. Already during this time I delivered training sessions as an Internal Trainer and I also mentored leader colleagues. Then I decided to change my career, so that I can dedicate full-time to my real vocation, which is developing people through training and coaching, globally. I have been delivering trainings for 17 years altogether.
I have the most experience in international environments, delivering sessions in English, Spanish and Hungarian. I have delivered face-to-face trainings in Asia, Africa and in various countries in Europe, and virtual programs globally.
During a development process one of my main focus points is to provide the participants such tools and methods that they can use easily in practice as well and that help them improve on the long run as well – in case of both leadership and other soft skills trainings.
