Kardos Edina
Operational- and process development consultant, trainer
In 2025, I joined the Flow team, where I have the opportunity not only to further build on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the past years in operations and process improvement, but also to actively apply them in practice.
In my work, I consider a people-centered approach especially important: I strive to find solutions that both support the organization’s strategic goals and make everyday work easier. The lean mindset and toolkit add valuable perspective to this approach — helping to understand operations at a systemic level, identify improvement opportunities, and implement real, sustainable changes. It also contributes to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.
Most of my experience comes from working in a corporate environment: during my ten years at MOL Plc., I introduced numerous efficiency-enhancing initiatives across different areas and delivered related trainings, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of how the various segments of the company operate.
Key areas of experience:
- Logistics and Supply Chain – Standardization and automation of OTIF (On Time In Full) measurement, Establishing traceability
- Production and Operations – Creating standard work instructions, Reducing changeover time, Visual management, Performance management
- Sales – KPI harmonization, Supporting lean transformation, Process improvements, Fine-tuning incentive systems
- Customer Service – Optimizing the Order-to-Cash process, Clarifying roles and responsibilities, Improving organizational efficiency
