Ahogy az már sokatokhoz eljutott, új fejezet nyílik a Flow életében 2022. január elsejétől, hiszen ügyvezetőnk, Zsikla Gábor 11 év után átadja a stafétát utódainak, Dr. Magura Ildikónak és Gyimesi Gábornak, akik mindketten a Flow menedzsmentjének tagjai és partnerei.
I’ve been working in HR field at companies for 27 years, 24 out of these as HR manager. I gained experience in companies of all types and sizes, from large American multinationals to large Hungarian companies, from FMCG to agriculture and the IT Telco sector.
I have several coach certifications and have been actively coaching leaders since 2009. I have over 20 years of experience in developing management and leadership skills. I have developed, organised and delivered HR professional trainings – both internal and external – and leadership skills trainings.
I have extensive experience in designing, developing and introducing HR IT systems (Oracle HR, SAP, Success Factors, Nexon, Brassring, Nexum).
I have been building Flow HR since 2019 through HR consulting, coaching and HR professional trainings, and am currently the leader of the Flow HR Consulting Business.
- GE Consumer & Industrial– held various HR managerial and director roles during my 13 years at the company including HRBP type roles, European HR IT leader, EU C&B leader and EU O&S leader positions.
- Bonafarm Group– as Group HR Director for 7.5 years, I built and developed the HR team, all HR systems and processes from scratch for the 8 companies of the 6,000-employee group, and was responsible for a full culture change project.
- Invitech Group– as HR director for 2.5 years. I was responsible for managing a company divestment and spin-off, followed by a complete organisation re-design process.
